Game On Golf Junior Academy guides young players through a clear, structured pathway—from fun games-based learning, to skill development, advanced training, and competitive play. Every phase supports juniors to grow their skills and passion for golf at their own pace.

Learn Phase is for kids aged 4-6 years! We use engaging games and golf metaphors to make learning enjoyable. Our focus is on building skills while ensuring your little ones have a blast. Join us in fostering a love for golf through play!
Train phase is designed for students aged 7 to 16. We focus on game-based learning to engage all skill levels. Our program includes classes for 7-11 years, girls-only squad, and sessions for 12-16 years, introducing 11 golf subjects each term.
In the Play phase, students can test their skills in an on course environment. This crucial opportunity allows them to apply what they've learned, and gain confidence. Embracing the challenge and enjoying the learning process.
Welcome to the Perform Phase! Designed for students 9 years+ who've advanced from the 9 level tee system, this stage focuses on enhancing skills and deepening your understanding of the game.
Congratulations on reaching the final phase, Compete! With a club handicap of 15 or, you're now poised to elevate your game to an elite level. This is an exciting time to refine your skills, strategize your play, and challenge yourself against top competitors.
Phase 1
'Learn' - Building basic FUNdementals
Junior golf classes for ages 4-6 focus on fun,-based learning to build a solid foundation in golf.

Phase 2
'Train' - Elevating skills through games based learning
The second phase of our junior academy is for 7-16 year olds, focusing on game-based learning to engage all personality types and skill levels. We introduce 11 golf subjects for technical improvement each term.

Phase 3
'PLAY' – On-Course Experience at Cheltenham Golf Club
The Play phase is the fourth stage of our Junior Academy, designed for students ready to take their skills onto the course. Held every 2 weeks at Cheltenham Golf Club, this phase is all about real-game experience, building confidence, and developing advanced golf habits in a supportive, coach-guided environment.

Academy students who join Cheltenham Golf Club as junior members enjoy regular on-course sessions, club competitions, and special junior events—all as part of a friendly, welcoming golf community. A 7-day junior membership is less than $8 per week and gives your child unlimited access to play, improve, and participate in exclusive club experiences, including guided play days and family events.

Phase 4
'Perform' - Ready to step it up!
The fourth phase our junior academy is for junior golfers who have advanced through our 9-level tee system and are eager to improve.

The final phase in our junior academy is designed for advanced junior golfers that have successfully lowered their golf handicap to below 15. Focusing on year long practice planning and competition preparation.
